📄️ Scheduler Registration

The first step to register a scheduler is by accessing the "Scheduler" tab. This feature allows for the management of a slide sequence playback, offering flexibility in displaying layouts during your chosen period.

📄️ Main Layout

By selecting the "Layouts" button, linked to the main layout, you can include a layout of your choice. This will allow the continuous display of one or more components from the included layout until a layout is scheduled in the "Scheduler." In other words, the layout added in the "Main Layout" space will be displayed until the scheduled program in the "Scheduler" begins, and after that program ends, the main layout will be displayed again.

📄️ Scheduler (Programming Grid)

Selecting the "layouts" button, linked to the scheduling, makes it possible to include a layout connected to a programming grid structure. In this feature, the user has the ability to set a display period for each included layout. If the period set by the user is exceeded, the next component from another layout will be automatically displayed, if available for display.

📄️ Change of Scheduling Period

By following the steps described earlier, the schedule will be registered. To change the periods of a previously assigned schedule, you need to access a scheduler that was created in advance, where you wish to modify the specified periods.

📄️ Change Scheduler Information

To make changes to the information included in the scheduler, you need to access the "Scheduler" tab and open the previously created scheduler, directing it to the record you wish to modify.

📄️ Removing a Main Layout

By following the steps described above, the schedule will be registered. To remove a main layout, you need to access a previously created schedule that you want to remove the layout from.

📄️ Removing a Layout within a Schedule

By following the steps described above, the schedule will be registered. To remove a layout belonging to the schedule, you need to access a previously created schedule that you want to remove the associated layout from.

📄️ Inactivating the Scheduler

To inactivate the scheduler, you need to go to the “Scheduler” tab and click on the three dots, directed to the scheduler you want to inactivate, then click on “Inactivate”.

📄️ Removing the Scheduler

To remove the scheduler, you need to go to the “Scheduler” tab and click on the three dots, directed to the Scheduler you want to remove, then click on “Delete”.
